Have Had Constant Cough For Years. When Eat And Sometimes

Have had constant cough for years. When eat and sometimes when just relaxing. Taking omeprazole, but doesn't help. Cough up flem sometimes. Feeling of sting and burning in throat which makes me cough. My eye ear also. I take allergy meds also. Doctors can't figure out cause.
