Have Had Diarrhea For Over A Month. Have Had Surgery

Have had diarrhea for over a month. Have had surgery in Oct, followed by complications with a month in the hospital and 2 weeks in a rehab center. Then complications from and wound that required additional surgery. Was on Vancouver I've for about 3 weeks, then elevation, then reflex when the elevation was contra indicated. I eat, then have diarrhea for 3-4 times. No appetite. Have talons also. Are these indications I could have c- diff,?
