Have Had Gradual Hip Joint Pain Increasing In Severity Over

Have had gradual hip joint pain increasing in severity over the last month, with aching leg as well. Hard to move after sitting and my daily walk is not painful. All on left side. Blood pressure has also gotten higher, even on meds. Mother has polymialgia and osteoarthritis and brother has PMR and another brother has lupus. At 71, could these autoimmune problems be cropping up?
