Have Had My Colostomy A Little Over A Year. It

Have had my colostomy a little over a year. It was suppose to be for only 3-6 months. That didn't happen. They found more cancer. They made my stoma flush to my body. It doors not empty in the bag, it will stick to my skin. Have to take my bag off several times a day to clean it off. Which makes stoma bleed. Is there anything out there that can help with third or can they redo my stoma?
