Have Had Period Nervelike Pain On The Right Side Of

Have had period nervelike pain on the right side of head, mostly over eye and temple, when I staart to swallow, when I lower head to eat and chew. Neck is tense. But no pain when sleeping----just off and
on all day. Have checked with my dentist for my upper teeth, also checked my optic nerve and have
had aa CT scan and bloodwork ---no problem. what is my next step?
