Have Had Stabbing Pain In The Back Of My Skull

Have had stabbing pain in the back of my skull - not all the time, but in bursts - for the last three days. Seems controllable with 3-4 Advil every 4 hours. General achy and listless feeling. Live in a Lyme disease area but can not findl an insect bite site nor a rash/Bulls eye red mark. Slightly elevated temp last night to 99.2
