Have Had This Same Problem .. Now Because I Had

Have had this same problem .. now because i had sex whilst having these cuts and friction burn it now seems to have turned into blisters?! Would this happen or is this sign of herpes?! also struggling to wash it since because when pulling the skin back it re-opens the cuts/blisters.. Slight discharge coming out now to. Can u help? What's best way to make these heal quickly?
