Have Had Ultrasound And Barium Xray Both Came Back Negative

Have had ultrasound and barium xray both came back negative . Syptoms started with nausea and upper right stomach dull nagging pain 7 weeks ago . have been put on lansoprazole 30 mg , getting better but experience odd pain still and some numbness in same area . Appetite improving , any ideas?
