Have Had What I Call Occasional “cramp” Behind My Right

Have had what I call occasional “cramp” behind my right breast. Other times aware of dull pain in same spot and also directly behind in my back. Mammogram was perfect 1/2018. Ultrasound 5/2018 of kidney, liver, and area from stomach to right side found fatty liver but nothing more. I have emphysema.
Have just relocated to another state and in process of finding a new doctor.
