Have High Blood Pressure. Experienced Pulse Or Beat In Right

Have high blood pressure. Experienced pulse or beat in right ear. Doctor took EKG - normal. Next is carotid and Echo ultra sound. Prescribed 5 mg amlodipine best late in addition to usual fosinopril. I am very tired , lightheaded. Pressure was just 113/70, much too low for me. The pulse or beat in ear stopped two days ago. Thinking not to take the amlodipine tonight and call dr on Monday.
