Have Long Hx Bloody Mucous Stool,constipation,inflammation. No Bowel Movements X6wks

Have long hx bloody mucous stool,constipation,inflammation. No bowel movements x6wks without Mira lax 4xd,epsom salt,then producing diarrhea,no stool. Have gallstones and kidney stones in urethra.feel as if I have blockage somewhere with bowel. Must strain to let diarrhea out produced by epsom salts. Who should I see?
