Have low back, neck, arms,feet problems,fibromyalgia, mild sleep apnea & restless leg syndrome.
Mri of low back -thin slender lipoma of filum terminale in lumbosacral canal inferior to L4/l5 level. conus apper to be at inferior l2/l3.this is borderline but does not meet criteria for tethered cord. several incidental hemangiomata, largest accentric to right at l2 level. l4/l5 mild right greater than left degenere facet changes. smal central disc protrusion/extension show mild right greater than left degen facet change. small central disc protrusion/extrusion with mild inferior extension at l4/l5 without significant effect on neural structures. no significant central canal or lateral recess narrowing. diffuse disc bulge/spur at l5/s2 with mild degen facet.
bone scan---mild diffuse deg changes. disc desease and facet joint arthropathy l5/s1. mold to moderate arthritic in all joints more prominent in AC, right ankle medially and both mid feet more severe in right. increased uptake in small joints of right thumb and incdex and right 5th MCP joint. mild arthritic changes in both TMJ. focal uptake in proximal right radius at radial tubercle likely due to enthesopathy. any tx suggestions-med/ tests
