Have Major Discharge From Eye, Inflamed , Think I Have

Have major discharge from eye, inflamed , think I have full blown blephartistis, and my drops are doing nothing, I can barley keep eye open at all! So much pain,computer said don't need Dr for other cream to help but wanted to ask what over the counter cream I can get, er will not help Dr not open for 3 days, please help
