Have Not Felt Well In Several Days. Blood Pressure Is

Have not felt well in several days. Blood pressure is 202/109 and fluctuating. Chest is tight and I have been taking prescribed amounts of blood pressure meds. 20 mg of vasotec daily. Have been to the doctor and was told that i need to have a renal doppler. I take 200 mg of celebrex daily. Should I make arrangements to see a heart doctor or does the renal doppler the next step?
