Have not had sex in close to a year. Have a oozing sore type thing on the top portion head of penis. It is usually dry skin I easily pull off. Today it has begun to ooze a bit and is very itchy like it's chafed. Have had it for some time . I have not been bathing as regular as usual , wearing the same underwear, and wonder if this could be the cause.
