Have Pain In My Testicles. No Blood Or Pain During

Have pain in my testicles. No blood or pain during urination or ejaculation. Just sort of a constant aching in my testicles. No bumps anywhere however when I touch the tubes its almost like I can feel the pain directly coming from the tubes and not the testicles themselves. It's not excruciating pain either. Just really uncomfortable. Should I be worried and headed to the ER or can I wait until my pcp appointment in two days?
