Have Pain In Stomach Along With Thin Stools. Painful When

Have pain in stomach along with thin stools. Painful when defecating. Also have prostate pain with pain when urinating and ejaculation. Tests run on urine came back negative for std or infections. Had colonoscopy and endoscopy and both came back negative but at the time of test I wasn’t having any symptoms. HIDI test came back with 22 percent functioning gallbladder but docs say my symptoms aren’t related to gallbladder. Ultrasound came back negative too. Could this be a fungus infection in my intestines?
