Have Pain On Side And Upper Left Breast. Started Yesterday

Have pain on side and upper left breast. Started yesterday but worse today - like a bruised, pulled muscle type of pain. When getting out of bed this morning felt dizzy and off balance and had to move slowly to get up. That part is better, but not perfect.
