Have Progressing Discoloration On Space Under Lower Lip-above The Dimple

Have progressing discoloration on space under lower lip-above the dimple area. Woke up with discoloration shaded purple/reddish/pink tone on right side of space and by afternoon area had spread to both sides and yellow tones to side of area suggesting jaundice or anemia
