Have Sharp Pains In My Back Starting Wednesday. Getting Some

Have sharp pains in my back starting Wednesday. Getting some better but pains are still in back & I feel like a vice of pain is around my chest & back. Able to breathe shallow breaths with a little discomfort. Have a bad history with my back for a long time. I am taking hydrocodone for pain.
