Have Small Matching Lumps In The Left And Right Front

Have small matching lumps in the left and right front of my rib cage - they sting and burn a bit when I run my fingers over them. Also feel some pain and discomfort below my right armpit high along the rib cage and feel some mild pain that comes and goes toward the rear of the right shoulder. These symptoms have occurred in the last 72 hours.
