Have Symptom Like An Increased Appetite, Indigestion, Mild Cramping Pains Like Mild Period Pains. What Could Be The Reason?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...Hi I am wondering if I could be pregnant?? I have a coil which I have had for 4 yrs. I have 2 children already and knew very early on I was pregnant with them. I have been feeling strange for a few weeks and an increased appetite, indigestion, mild cramping pains like mild period pains. My breasts are tender. I am not due for my period for about a week and a half! I feel my body is trying to tell me something and feel like I did in early pregnancy with my 2 girls but keep questioning it as I do have a coil! Is it possible??? Or what else could make me feel like this??
