Have Terribly Grumbly Lower Abdomen And All Day Passing Pale

Have terribly grumbly lower abdomen and all day passing pale cream snot like loose stools. I'm very active, farming and have been on the go all week. I have an under active thyroid, however underweight slightly due to hyperactivity and difficulty keeping in weight. Also recently started bupropion for stress and smoking cessation. I vomited a few nights ago, but felt fine after, and I found recently I'm having more palpitations which I haven't had for a long while, and have beta blockers for. Have not taken any of the beta blocker meds though. I have complained about my abdomen now for a few years, that it's grumbly and irritated. Also that I often bloat or feel nauseas. Apparently now I have been tested positive for Sjögren's syndrome!
