Have Three Painful Areas, Hives I Thought On My Left

Have three painful areas, hives I thought on my left leg above the knee, below the hip. Have had hives many times but these are different, been here 3 or 4 days, started out as just pale pink itchy bumps which I have had before but these seem to want to come to a head, are hard and sore now. Now they are bright red.
Have had shingles years ago but usually hives go away in a day or two. alvertajohns1@gmail .com thanks
