Have Tight Pulling, Fluttery Feeling In The Abdominal Area. Breasts Swollen. Suggestions?

I don't think I am pregnant, but I have been having weird feelings. I have like a tight pulling and fluttery feeling on the right side of my abdominal area. My breasts have been swollen and full for almost a month with pain most of the time. I have been having more frequent head aches. I should be starting my period this week, but I just want to know what your thought is on this.
