22yo Female experienced sudden drousiness followed by irregular breathing, racing heart beat, and uncontrollable shaking. Patient states she felt warm and witnesses agree. After aprox. an hour of this the patient managed to settle into normal sleep. Patient then slept almost continuously through the night and the following day. This was four days ago. Patient is still experiencing some fatigue and difficulty focusing.
