Have you heard of "bone on bone?" Supposedly I have degeneration of bones called
Osteo Arthritis.
They put in a new left hip & I'm still on a walker because I cannot bare weight on my right leg. My bones
make alot of noise and they do something to help that also. Is there another approach to this to get
recovery? I'm 78 and always rode my bike alot, but now I cannot. Thank you for any help with this.
