Having A Couple Of Issues. I Have Had My Thyroid

Having a couple of issues. I have had my thyroid removed by radioiodine therapy a couple of years ago. On 01/28/16 I had my TSH level checked because of extreme exhaustion, weight gain mostly. It was 19+. I was taking 75 mcg of levothyroxine. He made no changes. On 03/25/16 retested with a result of 35+! My levothyroxine was upped to 125 mcg then I received a call a day later upping it to 135 mcg. My blood pressure was 175/105 (the lowest of 3 checks - one was at 200/?) Leg swelling attributed to edema (both legs). Also dyspnea, especially when lying down. I am a smoker. I am also taking tamoxifen plus an 81 mg aspirin in the evening (the levothyroxine in the AM). The only change made was my dosage of levothyroxine. Should I be concerned?
