Having Chest Pains For Several Days. Seems Pretty Constant Yet

Having chest pains for several days. Seems pretty constant yet severity not constant. Currently hard to breathe and can’t get to hospital. Noticed white patches in throat several days ago but wiped them off with qtip and gargled salt water and haven’t noticed since. No fever. That side of throat painful to touch. Chest very heavy. Hurts to breathe. Are these related? I thought I was having a heart attack but I’m still here days later. I can’t keep going on like this.
