Having Continuous Stools X Over A Year, Gotten Much More

Having continuous stools x over a year, gotten much more last 3 months. cannot feel when its happening, (thought it was from having hemorrhoid removal) I only know after standing up after sitting down, and can feel that it is sticking... embarrassing. I've delayed going to dr. cause have a male, and he's a friend. could it be cancer? had a colonoscopy at 50...now 62.
