Having Difficulty Moving Bowels. Very Hard Stools. Two Stool Softeners

Having difficulty moving bowels. Very hard stools. Two stool softeners a day. After eating basically anything, very bloated. Took pill for four days(pantoprazole) to eliminate acid. Should have felt better. So, so but no change in bowel problems.
