Having Had A Retinal Tear 3 Months Ago I Have

Having had a retinal tear 3 months ago I have been prescribed ibuprofen to reduce the inflammation and to take omeprazole with it. I have not been feeling well in the last couple of weeks my energy is reduced and my appetite too. I am 60 yrs old and work. The tablets may have nothing to do with it and it maybe a viral complaint but I thought I would ask the question?
