Having Horrible Pain Under My Breast Bone And Distended Stomach

Having horrible pain under my breast bone and distended stomach that feels uugghh and full, with major fatigue. I can not find these symptoms so what can they be? Also why do I have to pay? I feel as though you are taking advantage here and hope this goes through as I can not pay to get a maybe answer. My goal was to get a picture of the portion of my anatomy that has the issues. No matter what I do, I can not find it.
