Having Low Back Pain To The Left Side At The

Having low back pain to the left side at the top of my buttock. Sometimes the pain is severe. It comes and goes. pain also in the left groin area, but pain is worse sometimes in the front, sometimes in the back. Pain is worse when I lift my left leg and seems like even the pain has moved into my jaw and teeth on my left side. Waiting on an urine culture that was done on Friday. Cat Scan has been done. Only showed a little diverticulum, but nothing major and no litis. Showed a fatty liver, but that is about it. Woke last night to severe pain and not even emptying my bladder helped. Could not lift my leg to get back in bed because the pain was so bad. Took about 15 minutes for the pain to ease so that I could get back in bed. Rolled over on right side and pain eased. Had hysterectomy in 2001. Anyone has any idea? I am puzzled.
