Having lower back pain (left side. Radiants from the back around to across the front of hip and down my inner left thigh to my knee.
History of lifting my ahndicapped daughter in and out of wheelchair for over 30 years possible culprit
Possible nerve damage in L - 1 thru 6. Feels like rubbing bone on bone. Can not find comfortable relief. hurts to stand / sit/ lay/ walk. Almost dibilitating. Really have issues lifting left leg
