Having Many Symptoms That Come And Stay For Weeks Then

Having many symptoms that come and stay for weeks then maybe gonevforva vmonth or so. I've been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and multi level issues in my back including excessive degeneration, arthritis, a small crack in my spine, and bulging discs. For the last several months I've had very painful, very intense muscle spasms in my feet, legs, stomach, and back. Sometimes it feels as though my stomach turns upside down and in a knot. Potassium has been checked but wasntva sever low. Tired along with it. What can this be? Had stage 4 endo with total historectomy, partial knee replacement, IBS with constant stomach cramps during these fits, colonoscopy neg, polyps removed from esophagus and 3 esoph dilations because I was having trouble swallowing, heartburn regularly, memory issues, chest pain, and hypertension. I'm sure I'm forgetting something but that sooo feels like a lot! I'm a 37 year old white female. Had 3 kids, depression and list of meds include zantac 300 1bid, lyrics 150 1tid, cymbalta 60 1qd, b12 1qd, vitD 1qd, tribenzor 40\5\12.5 1qd, premarin .9 1qd, norco 5\325 1bid and benadryl prn, Tylenol prn, and anti-diahrea prn. I heard my sister has MS but I don't communicate with her to know specifics and had MRI of brain and nerve testing that apparently didn't yeild those findings. However, I heard that happened with my sister, as well. Took them years before doing another to SEE MS. I don't want to assume anything but its getting harder and harder to go through this after years of issues. I feel like a crazy hypochondriac. Please help! Thank you!
