Having Off And On Jabbing Pain Above Testicle Pocket On

Having off and on jabbing pain above testicle pocket on both sides blow my abdomen. Started 2 days ago after moving lots of snow. Left area above hip thru to that left front area hurt all night now moved across to right front and jabs every once in a while .
