Having Pain In Right Hip And Leg. Have Replaced Hip

Having pain in right hip and leg. Have replaced hip and had an x-ray of hip taken a few months ago and it was in good shape. The pain started stronger the last 2 weeks. What recommendations. I have been getting help from chiropractor, but hip also has a grind/crackle sound too. What med might help? Also have been using ice packs too.
