Having Problem With Pain. Left Side Back Of Head, Sharp,

Having problem with pain. left side back of head, sharp, stabbing when move head. Have seen DC for back and same neck pain about 1-1/2 weed ago. did fine but problem again. doing a LOT of yard work, gardening, spring yard and patio cleaning . useing pressure washer. rehanging lights with ladder etc. Causing trouble sleeping and all day pain. Some relief with AR strong Acetomaphine (sorry about spellings) concern about potential AR in neck spine.
