Having Progressive Shoulder Pain Intensely On Left Side And Dull

Having progressive shoulder pain intensely on left side and dull on the right, also extending into neck on left side. Pain has come and gone for a year but with my recent back surgery-right L-4 and L-5 I have increased pressure on for the last few months and now there is cracking and popping in left shoulder-sometimes just lifting my arm alone causes bad pain and cracking.
