Having Really Bad Deep Muscle Pain In Shoulders Arms Front

Having really bad deep muscle pain in shoulders arms front and back ,legs and groin hurts alot in morning and last all day long and gets worse sometimes. Had neck surgery in May and back surgery jn June of 2014 plus 3 other back surgeries in ghe past but up until 3 weeks ago i felt great best in 15 years and none of the pain is in the neck or back like it used to be any ideas
