Having Severe Pain In Anal Area And Now Have Like

Having severe pain in anal area and now have like a huge tumor feeling like thing that is bleeding and even when I pass gas it hurts like crazy. Bought preparation h thinking it might be a hemorrhoid to help with pain but the label said to consult a dr if you are taking blood pressure meds. Wondering if it's ok to use it?
