Having Severe Upper Back Pain (spine Area) And Also Pain

Having severe upper back pain (spine area) and also pain just under my breast on both sides of my ribs. Hurts when moving.. Cannot get any relief. Painful just breathing. On antibiotics augmentin for 8 days for upper respiratory infection. Also have osteoporosis not on meds for osteo condition. Also take thyroid meds. 52 year old African-American woman.
