Having Temperature First With Body Pain ,ear And Nose Went

Having temperature first with body pain ,ear and nose went red with some rashes on body.have swelling in my leg can't put my feet on ground cause back pain . It's very painful can't sit coz of pain . Dr just Diognose that it's bone thyphoid I am very scary what should I do and how long will it prolong.any suggestions please guide
