Having Trouble Controlling My Acid Reflux. Insurance Does Not Cover

Having trouble controlling my acid reflux. Insurance does not cover nexium. Over counter nexium does not seem to help consistently. Prescription generic does not seem to help at all. Now starting to have daily pain around upper chest area where bra would wrap around my body ( whether bra on or not). Seems to hurt more where rib cage meets and at night. Have absolutely no energy but not sleeping during day.
