Having Vaginal Itching. Been Using Vagisil And Using Miconazole Nitrate

Having vaginal itching. Been using Vagisil and using Miconazole Nitrate (was given to me in the hospital when I had gall bladder poisoning, a year ago) . They gave high doses of antibiotics. Wanted to know if I could use vinegar (what proportions) and yogurt (proportions to use) and how to apply. I have been taking showers with hot water to releave the itch (it helps for awhile). Please help.
