Having Very Painful Intercourse Now After Menopause. Used Estrace Before,

Having very painful intercourse now after menopause. Used estrace before, which did help. Looking for something more. Now on estrodial and progesterone, but not seeing great results (low dose, I am told), and gained weight in this first week already? Wondering if osphena would be a good option to try? Very healthy otherwise, 52 yrs. old, no adverse family history overall. Thank you.
