Hay Dr I've Had For The Last Three Months Sore

Hay dr I've had for the last three months sore throat but not severe brain fog blurred vision burning around my back aching severe joints legs behind the knees also in my arms now every night at 8 o'clock till 11 o'clock my stomach feels full but struggle to breath but Iam breathing that's what it feels like Iam really worried and scarred I've been to ane had heart scan blood test various had all the sexual tests apart from hepatitis but still quite ill what do you think dr also had aiuto immune testing done
