Hcg Shot On Day 17 Of Cycle When Follicle Size

Hcg shot on day 17 of cycle when follicle size was 14mm. Day 19 after doing TVS follicles yet not ruptured. Follicle Size increased to 18mm. No sign of leutinization. Pain in stomach on day 18,19 and 20. Endometrium lining 12.7. Why has this happened? Can I still conceive? Day 19 had a positive ovulation predictor kit after my Tvs.does that mean I ovulated later on day 19 after my TVS or it was positive because of hcg shot? I am on day 22 now. No pain in stomach. Have I ovulated already or am I still due to ovulate? Why did the hcg trigger not work?
