Head Of My Penis Has Gotten Blotchy Chafe Marks .

Head of my penis has gotten blotchy chafe marks . Happened last 5-6 weeks. No pain just looks awful. I run long distance on a regular basis.currently training for the Boston Marathon in April. 65 years of age.
Never happened before. Please advise?
